Sergio de Figueiredo

Sergio de Figueiredo began their career as a Field Technician at Computer Networks in 1999. Sergio then worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Anglo Platinum from 2000 to 2011, where they were involved in Domain, Server, Hardware, Network, and desktop implementation and support. Sergio also served as a Team Lead for hardware and software audits and as a Domain Administrator. From 2000 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at MG Systems, where they held similar responsibilities. Finally, since 2012, they have been employed as a Senior Systems Engineer & Team Lead at Business Connexion, where they lead a server team, manages active directory tasks, deploys anti-virus consoles, and handles server installations and maintenance in a virtual environment.

Sergio de Figueiredo has a Microsoft Certificate of Excellence in MCTS: Windows Vista, Configuration from Self Study in 2010. In 1999, they obtained a Certification in A+ and another Certification in MCSE NT 4.0 from IT-IQ. In 1998, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Upgrading and repairing PC's from Damelin. Additionally, they participated in the VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.1] certification program at Torque-IT in 2013.
