Vashty Ndongeni

Vashty Ndongeni is a motivated and goal-driven professional currently serving as the Director at a Local Municipality since 2017. With extensive experience in human resources and training, Vashty previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality in 2006 and as a Senior Business Consultant at Business Connexion, where they have been employed since 2006. They also hold leadership roles in training management at Telkom Business Connexion. Vashty earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of North West.
