Willem Stigling

Willem Stigling is an accomplished management executive with extensive experience in financial and commercial leadership roles at BCX since February 2007. Currently serving as Managing Executive, Willem oversees EAS capabilities, focusing on digital transformation and profitable product development, with a revenue responsibility of R1.5 billion. Previous roles at BCX include Commercial Executive with R9 billion revenue oversight, and various finance management positions that involved strategic partnership, financial reporting, and process improvements across multiple business units. Willem also holds a board member position at BCX Mozambique and has prior experience as an Article and Senior Accountant with Rautenbach and Company Auditors. Educational qualifications include a B.Compt Honours and a B.Compt in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Africa.
