Ruth Lynch is currently the Group Finance Director at BD Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, she worked at Wilson James as the Group Finance Manager from March 2018. Ruth also held the position of Director of Finance at Estuary Housing Association and Head of Service Charges at Genesis Housing Association. With a background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, Ruth has also worked in various finance roles at companies such as Viridian Housing, Hastoe Housing, and Network Housing Group. She took a career break to complete the CELTA qualification and worked as a freelance Teacher at Linguarama. Ruth holds a degree in Finance & Accounting from ACCA.
