Jyotin Gagrani

Jyotin Gagrani is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director and India Lead in Technology at BDA Partners since March 2022, Jyotin previously held the position of Director at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited from May 2014 to March 2022, where key responsibilities included deal origination and execution in various sectors, notably leading the strategic sale of a listed technology company's software product business. Jyotin's earlier roles include Vice President and Deputy Vice President at EY, where significant expertise in domestic and cross-border transactions was developed. Jyotin holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics.
