Yi Lu

Yi Lu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Director at BDA Partners since September 2021, Yi specializes in Greater China financial sponsor coverage. Previously held the position of Vice President at DealGlobe from November 2020 to September 2021 and worked as a Senior Associate in Global Investment Banking at Baird from June 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included sellside/buyside M&A advisory across various sectors. Earlier experience at Citi as an Associate involved executing acquisition financing and structured finance for major Chinese corporations, including notable transactions such as a $4 billion syndicated loan to Alibaba and a $1 billion loan to Baidu.
