Charity Land is an experienced professional in learning and development with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Global Learning & Development at BDA, LLC since July 2023, Charity has previously held pivotal roles such as Learning & Development Manager at Grow Consulting Group and Valeo Financial Advisors LLC. With an extensive background that includes leading training initiatives, developing onboarding programs, and enhancing organizational training protocols across various companies, Charity has proven expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and employee development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Spanish, Education, and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, along with further studies at Purdue University.
