Shauna Mancinelli

Shauna is a SeniorCredit Analyst for New England Certified Development Corporation, the company’s SBA 504 lending affiliate. Shauna joined the BDC team in 2020 after graduating from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Shauna’s primary role at BDC is SBA 504 underwriting. She is also involved in the administration of both the Mass. Capital Access Program (MA CAP) and the RI Capital Access Program (RI CAP).
