Jorge Arellano Subías

Jorge Arellano Subías is a Data Team Lead at Bdeo, where Jorge designs and builds machine learning models for the insurance industry, including computer vision models, NLP models, LLM models integration, Multi-Modal Machine Learning pipelines, and OCR. Prior to their current role, Jorge worked as a Senior AI Engineer at Menhir Financial and as a Data Scientist at The Hotels Network. Jorge also founded Plaex Technologies as the CTO and worked as an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at CSIC. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven and degrees in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
