Lisa started their career at Allstate as a Personal Lines Underwriter in 1988 before becoming a Territorial Risk Manager. In 2000, they joined Nationwide Insurance as a Property Product Manager. From 2007 to 2014, Lisa worked as an Instructor at More Health, Inc. Lisa then joined BDG Architects in 2014 as a Marketing Operations Manager and later transitioned to the role of Director - Marketing in May 2020.
