Editor In Chief, Bustle & Elite Daily at BDG

Charlotte Owen has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Charlotte started their career as an Assistant to the Publishing Director and Editorial Assistant at Vanity Fair in 2011 and quickly progressed through various roles such as Acting Picture Editor, Assistant Editor, and Managing Editor. Charlotte also worked as a Digital Strategy Editor and Associate Editor for Vanity Fair UK. In 2014, Charlotte transitioned to Professor Noreena Hertz's team as a Research Assistant. Charlotte later joined BDG as the Executive Editor for Bustle UK in 2018 and then moved up to become the Editorial Director for Bustle. Currently, they hold the position of Editor In Chief for Bustle & Elite Daily at BDG.

Charlotte Owen attended King Edward VI Five Ways, Birmingham from 2000 to 2007. Charlotte then went on to study at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in English and History.
