Serdar Arslan

Serdar Arslan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Manager at BDH - Bilisim Destek Hizmetleri since October 2023. Previously, Serdar held the position of Director of Technology at Agilis Technology Solutions Turkey from November 2020 to October 2023, leading teams in Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technology, along with managing customer satisfaction and technology budget management. Prior to that, Serdar served as Unit Manager and Executive Team Leader at KoçSistem from September 2006 to October 2020, overseeing Microsoft Platforms consultancy and managed services. Experience also includes roles as Technical Consultant, Intel SRG Engineer, and System Specialist with foundational training as a Trainee Engineer at both HAZER ENGINEERING & TRADE CONSULTING Co and TPAO, TURKISH PETROLEUM Co. Serdar Arslan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
