Kevin O'Hagan

Kevin O'Hagan is a highly experienced attorney and managing partner at O'Hagan Meyer, a firm founded in June 1998 that has expanded to over 300 attorneys across 24 offices in the United States. The firm specializes in management-side employment law, representing corporations and their executives. In addition to this role, Kevin serves as Principal and Chief Claims Officer at BDI Global Services since March 2014, focusing on cyber risk product development and insurance programs for various industries. Kevin also co-founded the Professional Liability Attorney Network and served as its Chairman from 2006 to 2011. Earlier experience includes positions as Corporate Counsel for Waste Management, Inc. and Attorney roles at McGuireWoods LLP and Locke Lord LLP. Kevin holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and a JD from DePaul University College of Law, where Kevin was the editor of the DePaul Law Review.
