Byron Kempf

Byron Kempf has over 30 years of experience in sales and management. Currently serving as Branch Manager at BDI since May 2005, Byron is responsible for sales territory and branch operations in the Albany, New York area, focusing on industries such as wastewater, automotive, aggregate, food, power generation, and general manufacturing. Prior to this role, Byron was the Sales/Production Manager at GunBlack, Inc. from April 1998 to April 2005, where efforts were concentrated on increasing sales in plating and surface finishing, particularly in the automotive, bearing, and weapons sectors. Byron began a career at BDI in August 1993, holding various roles including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Branch Manager. Byron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Bonaventure University, completed in 1993.
