Amy Ryan

Amy Ryan currently serves as Manager of Early Careers at BDO in Australia, having started this role in May 2022. In addition, Amy holds the position of Team Leader for Student Recruitment and previously worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Since January 2025, Amy has been a Committee Member of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE). Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Perks and as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Administrator at the University of South Australia. Earlier in the career, Amy worked as an Event Coordinator at Cycling South Australia.
