Avkash Patani is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Director in M&A Transaction Services at BDO in Australia since September 2021. With a strong background in financial due diligence, risk assessment, and transaction advisory, Avkash has developed expertise in quality of earnings analysis, working capital analysis, and designing transaction reports. Prior to BDO, Avkash worked at Deloitte Australia in Capital and Debt Advisory and M&A Transaction Services, and held various roles at BDO India LLP, MGB Advisors Private Limited, and Dhnanjay Laxman Joshi & Co. Avkash holds a Chartered Accountancy designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an Associate's degree from CPA Australia, and a B.Com degree from Mithibai College.
