Ella White

Ella White is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Partner at BDO in Australia since December 2025. Prior to this role, Ella held various leadership positions at Deloitte from September 2010 to July 2025, including Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (Audit and Assurance), Partner, and People and Purpose Leader (Audit and Assurance). Ella's career also includes experience as an Adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service and a Financial Services Contractor at Huntswood in 2009.
