Frederick Aguba

Frederick Aguba has over a decade of experience in auditing and quality assurance, currently serving as an Assistant Manager and Senior Auditor at BDO in Australia since September 2019. In this role, Frederick assists in delivering quality audit and assurance services to various clients, ensuring efficient information flow and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. Prior to this, Frederick worked as a Senior Auditor at BDO Roxas Cruz Tagle and Co., CPAs, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Quality Specialist at NCO Group and various roles at Stream Global Services, including Team Manager, where team performance and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Frederick holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2004.
