Neil Billyard

Neil Billyard is an experienced tax professional with a significant tenure at BDO in Australia since January 2014, where key roles include Member of the BDO Global Tax Advisory Committee, National Head of Tax, and Partner-in-Charge of Sydney Tax. Mr. Billyard specializes in corporate tax advisory for multinational clients, focusing on complex M&A, cross-border compliance, and capital markets transactions. Prior to BDO, Mr. Billyard served as a Tax Partner at KPMG from December 1987 to December 2013, leading international tax delivery for prominent clients such as Lend Lease and Cochlear and managing multi-jurisdictional transactions. Mr. Billyard holds an LLM in International Tax from the University of Sydney and degrees in Economics and Law from Macquarie University.
