Dmitry Zelik

Joined American Industrial Partners in 2022. Prior to joining AIP, Mr. Zelik was a tax lawyer at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP where he advised clients on the domestic and cross-border M&A and financing transactions, and assisted private equity funds with fund formations and structuring matters. Prior to that, he was a tax lawyer at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. Zelik received an S.J.D. degree in 2017 and LL.M. in International Taxation in 2012 from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a recipient of the Michigan Grotius Fellowship. He received his law degree and B.A. in Economics from the University of Haifa, Israel in 2007.
