Sean Wong

Sean Wong is a seasoned professional in risk advisory services, currently serving as Manager at BDO in Australia since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sean was the Manager of the Risk Management Department at SW Accountants & Advisors from September 2021 to September 2025, and held positions as an Internal Auditor at Mirvac and Boral between 2019 and 2021. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at BDO Malaysia, where leadership of audit teams and development of sustainability reporting approaches were key responsibilities. With diverse international experience across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Cambodia, Sean also contributed to the economics sector as a Research Analyst at CEIC Data. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Business and a Bachelor of Business & Bachelor of Economics from the University of Tasmania.
