Sebastian Stevens

Sebastian Stevens is a seasoned executive at BDO in Australia, currently serving as the Partner in Charge of Corporate Finance and National Leader of Private Equity. With extensive experience in M&A Advisory, Transaction Advisory, and Valuation assignments, Sebastian also contributes as a member of both the Australian and Global TMT Steering Committees, focusing on technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Additionally, Sebastian leads the national BDO industry team for Real Estate and Construction and heads the Advisory team in Sydney, which includes Corporate Finance, Consulting, Forensics, Risk Advisory, and Business Restructuring. Previously, Sebastian held the roles of Global Head of Transaction Advisory and National Corporate Finance Leader, driving strategic initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
