Sherif Andrawes

Sherif Andrawes serves as the Global Natural Resources & Energy Leader at BDO and is the Partner in Charge of the Advisory Team in Perth, Australia. With a career at BDO spanning from August 1997 to the present, Sherif has led the Corporate Finance Team since 2007 and held the position of Chairman for BDO in Western Australia until 2018. Additional roles include Chairman and Board Member at Football West, Director at the Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group (AAMEG), and President of the St Hilda’s Foundation from May 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial position at MRI Moores Rowland in London from August 1987 to August 1997. Educational credentials include a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, Fellow status with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
