Tom Fell

Tom Fell has extensive experience in financial services audit, having held various positions at BDO UK LLP and BDO in Australia from December 2018 to October 2019, including Financial Services Audit Senior and Director of Audit. Prior to these roles, Tom accumulated significant operational management experience at Royal Mail, where responsibilities included managing multiple work areas, leading teams, and driving continuous improvements as part of the Graduate Scheme. Tom also served as a Level 3 Football Referee for The FA from November 2006 to July 2021. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Sports Science from The University of Birmingham, graduating in 2013.
