Venessa Lonie

Venessa Lonie is a Senior Project Manager at BDO in Australia, starting in September 2024, with extensive experience in project management and organizational transformation. Previously, Venessa served as a Management Consultant at Project Partners, where support was provided for a large strategy focused on transformational change. As Director at the Department of Health in Tasmania, responsibilities included leading strategic and operational planning, managing governance and risk assessments, and directing cultural transformation initiatives. Venessa held the position of Program Director at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children, implementing strategic goals aimed at achieving Pathway to Excellence and Magnet Accreditation.
