William has a wealth of experience in origination and execution of merger & acquisition and private placement transactions for middle market companies. Prior to their current role, William held similar positions at D.A. Davidson & Co., McGladrey Capital Markets LLC, Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC, Heller Financial, Inc., and Bank of America / Security Pacific Merchant Bank. William holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Miami University.
