Heraldo Hetz Vorpahl

On his career, he has a wide professional experience in external auditing and consulting, first developed in Price Waterhouse from Senior Audit Manager and Director since 1975 to 1996, both in Chile and Ecuador. From October 1996 to April 2003, as a Partner in charge of the Audit Division of Grant Thornton International. As from May 2003, he integrated the practice and professional structure of BDO in Chile. As a private sector auditor, he has participated in audit processes and management consulting of different sizes and in different economic sectors, which gave him an extensive experience in audit and advisory services, both in open and closed corporations, banks, financial, non-profit organizations, etc.

In the educational field, he has been an Instructor for lectures, seminars and conferences. He is a member and Director of the Institute of Auditors of Chile, which includes the biggest accounting firms in the country and is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Chile.
