Miroslav Jandečka

Miroslav Jandečka is a seasoned professional in the field of management and taxation, currently serving as the Managing Partner at BDO Czech Republic since January 2020. Jandečka previously held the same title at Moore Stephens Czech Republic from January 2009 to December 2019, overseeing the firm's merger with MOORE STEPHENS LLP and focusing on strengthening its market presence in the CEE region. Before that, Jandečka co-owned and managed Jandečka, Fanturová & partners s.r.o. from 2005 to 2008, and was a co-owner and tax advisor at Jandečka, Fanturová a spol. from 1998 to 2004. Jandečka began an entrepreneurial journey with the founding of a tax office in 1995, which also provided audit services, and later established notable partnerships. Jandečka holds a Master’s Degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and has educational experience at Harvard Business School.
