Ingrid MacLean Teco

Ingrid Maclean Teco is a seasoned professional in IT advisory with a focus on IT systems evaluation, data security, and compliance frameworks at BDO in East Africa since December 2021. As a Senior Associate, Ingrid leads initiatives in IT Audit & Compliance, Information Security Assessment, Risk Management, Data Privacy & Protection Assessment, and Regulatory Compliance Assessment. Prior to this role, Ingrid served as an Audit Associate at RTL Technologies, Inc. and as a Web Developer at Caribbean Business Solutions. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Business Computing from Makerere University and is currently pursuing the ACCA designation to become a Chartered Accountant. Additional education includes a Certificate of Proficiency in Information Systems Management from APTECH Computer Education and UACE and UCE qualifications from King's College Budo and Nabisunsa Girl’s School, respectively.
