Johnson Kithendu is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in inclusive finance and microfinance. As the Founder and Managing Director of Treasure Brook Investments since August 2014, Johnson has successfully developed and scaled three financing models for the economically active poor. At BDO East Africa, Johnson serves as a Senior Associate Consultant and Team Lead, focusing on financial sector relationships and product development for various institutions. Johnson's leadership background includes co-founding Milango Financial Services Ltd, where growth was achieved from zero to over 13,000 clients, and working as a Regional Manager at Faulu Microfinance Bank, contributing to its status as Kenya's first licensed deposit-taking microfinance institution. With a solid educational foundation, including an Executive MBA and degrees in Economics and Banking, Johnson's expertise spans strategic financial advisory, due diligence, and market research across Eastern Africa.
