Samy Naoun

Samy Naoun has a diverse work experience in various companies. Samy started their career as a Financial Reporting Analyst at NAFTAL SPA in 2011. Samy then worked as a Financial Controller at Eni from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined GROUPE MACSF as a Data Analyst before transitioning to the role of a Data Scientist at MetLife from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, Samy has been working at BDO France, initially as a Senior Advisory Consultant and eventually progressing to roles such as Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, and currently serving as the Director of Risk Advisory & Forensic Services.

Samy Naoun has a solid education background and has pursued various degrees and certifications in the field of data science and statistics. In 2006, they attended ENSSEA École nationale supérieure de statistique et d'économie appliquée, where they earned a degree in Statistics and Applied Economics with a focus on Finance and Actuarial Science. From 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Engineering and Statistics at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology. Later, in 2013-2014, Samy attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne to pursue a degree in Information and Decision Techniques in Business, specializing in Statistics and Computer Science. Most recently, in 2017-2018, they further enhanced their skillset by obtaining a Certificate in Data Science from ENSAE Paris.
