Julia Audien

Julia Audien is a Senior Expert in People and Organizational Development at BDO Germany, where they focus on learning design and leadership development. Prior to this role, Julia served as a Team Lead and Manager in Learning & Development at Forvis Mazars in Germany, and worked as an HR Business Partner at Mazars Germany. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Science and Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin, as well as a Master of Arts in Educational Sciences with a focus on Consulting and Organizational Development from Technische Universität Berlin. They also completed a foundational training in mediation at IMK Institut für mediative Kommunikation und Diversity Kompetenz.
