Samir Sheth

Samir Sheth is a Partner and Head of Deal Advisory Services at BDO India LLP. Prior to joining BDO, Samir was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for over 17 years. At PwC, Samir was responsible for managing the Transaction Services (financial due diligence) business. This involved business generation as well as execution. Samir led due diligence projects for domestic, inbound as well as outbound mergers and acquisitions and private investments. Samir was also responsible for training for Financial Advisory services (primarily Deals) Business of PwC India. Samir has over 20 years of experience in the field of Deals Advisory and is a recognized expert in their field.

Samir Sheth has a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B Com from R. A. Podar.
