Nilesh Panchal is an accomplished digital transformation leader with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Partner & Leader of the Digital Office at BDO in India, Nilesh has previously held the position of Chief Digital Officer at KEC International Ltd., where responsibilities included developing digital strategies and implementing transformation roadmaps. Prior to that, at Larsen & Toubro, Nilesh played a pivotal role as Lead Digital Officer, overseeing digital transformation initiatives and creating business solutions leveraging advanced technologies. Nilesh's career began as an Assistant Engineer, focusing on production planning and automation, and progressed through various roles emphasizing software development and intelligent automation. Nilesh has further strengthened expertise by completing the Chief Digital Officer Programme at the Indian School of Business and a Leadership Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
