Martin Child

Martin Child is an Associate Chartered Accountant and currently serves as the Director at BDO Jersey. They have extensive experience leading audit and advisory teams while specializing in risk-based audits for clients in the private equity, real estate, and shipping sectors. Previously, Martin worked at Baker Tilly as an Audit Supervisor, where they quickly progressed from an assistant role, completing their ACA qualification with exceptional performance. Their early career included positions at Moore Stephens and NED Biosystems, where they gained valuable sector knowledge and research experience. Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics from Durham University, graduating with First Class honors.
