Ale R. serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BDO Luxembourg since January 2022, leading the Cyber & Information Security maturity program and reporting to steering committees for strategic alignment. Prior experience includes roles as Governance & Compliance Risk Officer at IRIS (Canon Group), where Ale R. led the Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) Program and supported internal control frameworks, alongside previous positions as Integration Architect and Information Security practitioner focusing on ICT security solutions. Ale R. has also worked as a Technical Account Manager and Integration Architect at Apydos S.A., delivering presales offerings and leading projects involving SOA Middleware and SIEM solutions. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems Security Management from the University of Luxembourg and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
