Maurice Koetsier

Maurice Koetsier is an experienced IT Risk Assurance professional currently serving as a Partner at BDO Nederland since February 2018, with responsibilities including IT governance, project quality assurance, and cyber security assessments, particularly in the financial services sector. In addition, Maurice Koetsier has been a Member of the Privacy Knowledge Group at NOREA since January 2016, contributing to the development of privacy audit products for IT auditors in the Netherlands. Prior experience includes managerial roles at KPMG Nederland in cyber risk consulting and IT advisory. Maurice Koetsier holds a Post Graduate degree in IT-Auditing & Advisory from Erasmus School of Accounting and Assurance and a Master's in Business Information Management from Rotterdam School of Management, along with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Exchange from Queen's University.
