Stefan Buitendijk

Stefan Buitendijk is currently an Assistant-accountant at BDO Nederland, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stefan completed a graduation internship in Audit & Assurance at Profource from November 2022 to August 2024 and worked as a Werkstudent in Finance & IT. Stefan's earlier experience includes being a Commissaris Acquisitie in the Lustrumcommissie 2023 for Navigators Studentenvereniging Rotterdam and serving as a Financieel medewerker at both thyssenkrupp Stairlifts B.V. and TOM | The Office Manager. Additionally, Stefan interned in the samenstelafdeling at Lansigt accountants en belastingadviseurs B.V., covering both compilation and audit assignments. Early work experience includes various roles in logistics and delivery at companies such as Lidl and McDonald’s between June 2015 and June 2021. Stefan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy at Avans University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in 2025, following a HAVO degree in Economics and Society from GSR - Christelijk Voortgezet Onderwijs.
