Boipelo Mogatusi

Boipelo Mogatusi currently serves as a People and Culture Officer at BDO South Africa since October 2022, previously holding the position of People and Culture Intern. Prior experience includes an internship as a B-BBEE Consultant at Gestalt Growth Strategies from February 2021 to October 2021, and an internship in Human Resources at Nike from April 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities involved booking training for staff, analyzing and handling employee relations cases, creating job specifications, and managing HR queries. Earlier experience includes working as a Client Service Champion at Capitec Bank from December 2018 to March 2019, serving as the first point of contact for clients. Boipelo completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at North-West University in 2017 and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the same institution between 2013 and 2016.
