Jenny Gonsalves

Jenny Gonsalves (Greyling) is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at BDO South Africa since June 2023, Jenny previously held various leadership roles at EY from October 1995 to June 2023, including Africa Talent Development and Total Rewards Leader, where responsibility included the deployment of Learning and Development initiatives across the Africa Region. With a strong background in resourcing, change management, and general HR practices, Jenny has a proven track record of enhancing people development through world-class programs and coaching. Educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in accounting, human resource management, and personal and professional leadership from institutions such as the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of Johannesburg, complemented by a CA(SA) designation from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
