Krzysztof Maksymik

Krzysztof Maksymik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing, currently serving as a Partner in the Audit Department at BDO Poland since December 2005. In this role, Krzysztof manages audit teams, oversees the completion of assignments, handles client negotiations, and is responsible for issuing audit opinions. Key engagements include interim and annual audits, half-year reviews, due diligence, and prospectuses, primarily for public listed companies and international subsidiaries. Krzysztof also contributes as a member of the internal technical committee, serves as the IFRS Country Leader, and mentors junior staff. Prior experience includes roles as Audit Manager and Audit Supervisor, with foundational experience as an Accounting Assistant. Krzysztof holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and furthered education at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
