Marcel Bucher

Marcel Bucher has extensive experience in information security and IT management, holding the position of Chief Information Security Officer at BDO Schweiz since October 2001, where responsibilities include the development and operation of an enterprise-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) and conducting awareness campaigns. Bucher has led IT project and security teams, conducted IT audits, and managed significant IT operations for over 200 employees in the Central Switzerland region, while also contributing to client infrastructure projects at ALSO Group earlier in the career. Educational qualifications include various certifications in cybersecurity, project management, and leadership from reputable institutions.
