Marcel Gertsch

Marcel Gertsch's work experience includes several roles at different companies. From December 2009 to April 2014, they worked as a Mandatsleiter Treuhand at BDO Schweiz. From May 2014 to April 2015, they took a sabbatical and went on a world trip. After that, from May 2015 to December 2018, they worked as a Leitender Unternehmensberater at BDO Schweiz. In January 2019, they became the Head Advisory Nordwestschweiz and a Partner at BDO Schweiz. Before joining BDO Schweiz, from August 2000 to September 2005, they worked as a Mitarbeiter Finanzen und Verkaufsinnendienst at Agathon AG. Prior to that, from December 2008 to September 2009, they were the Leiter Administration at Cevi Schweiz.

Marcel Gertsch pursued their education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master's degree (MAS) in Nonprofit & Public Management. Prior to that, they attended Berner Fachhochschule BFH from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Betriebsökonomie with a focus on Accounting and Human Resources Management.
