Charles serves as BDO's national leader for technology and software transactions, with deal experience that spans values from less than $15 million to over $1 billion. Prior to joining BDO, they spent nine years at PwC, progressing through various roles in Assurance and Transaction Services. Charles holds a B.S. in Accounting with cum laude honors from Pepperdine University.
