Cheryl Fields Tyler is a seasoned entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Blue Beyond Consulting, established in 2006, where they focus on helping organizations navigate transformative change. With a commitment to fostering cultures of deep trust and high expectations, Cheryl leads a team that collaborates with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and various other organizations. Prior to Blue Beyond, they held leadership roles at American Electronics Association and Concours Group, among others. Cheryl's academic background includes a Master of Divinity in Ethics and Philosophy from Anderson University and completed coursework for a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Theology at Claremont Graduate University. Currently, they serve as a Principal and Segment Leader for People Strategy & Solutions at BDO USA.
