Flannery Berg, MBA, is a strategic operations and finance leader with over 14 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Director at BDO USA, Flannery focuses on helping nonprofits achieve strategic goals, drive operational improvements, and enhance financial capacity. Flannery has previously held roles such as Senior Manager at BDO FMA and Consultant at FMA, and has worked with organizations like the American Task Force on Palestine and the Fund for Global Human Rights. An experienced coach and communicator, Flannery is passionate about social justice and actively volunteers as Treasurer for Kid Power, a youth-serving nonprofit in D.C. Flannery holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
