Additionally, Mike held positions as senior tax counsel for two multinational Fortune 200 companies, where responsibilities included a wide range of federal, state, foreign, and international tax matters across various industries. Mike earned a JD from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M. in Tax from New York University School of Law, complemented by a BA in Economics and Political Science from Stony Brook University.
