Phil Gaglio is a Managing Director in the Valuation & Business Analytics group at BDO USA, LLP, where they have worked since 2018. With over 30 years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, and litigation support, Phil specializes in valuing businesses and intangible assets for various purposes, including financial reporting and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to BDO, they served as a Managing Director at Grant Thornton LLP and as Principal at The Lefko Group. Phil began their career as a Valuation Analyst at Price Waterhouse after earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
