Ashley Shroyer

Ashley Shroyer, M.S., serves as the Sales Enablement & Pursuits Director at BDO USA since December 2013. In this role, Ashley oversees the Sales Enablement & Bid Management Team, guiding the development of pursuit strategies and enhancing sales capabilities across departments. Previous positions held include Sales Enablement & Pursuits Senior Manager and National Proposal Manager for Advisory Services, where Ashley managed proposal processes, collaborated with internal teams, and conducted training programs. Ashley has a comprehensive educational background with a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, both from West Virginia University. Prior work experience includes roles in marketing coordination and branch management, contributing to expertise in proposal development and strategic marketing initiatives.
