David Francis

David Francis is a seasoned professional in healthcare consulting, currently serving as Managing Director and Healthcare Consulting Practice Leader at BDO USA since December 2021. With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, David has demonstrated leadership in driving client improvements in value-based clinical quality, care continuity, and organizational growth through technology innovations. Prior to BDO, David held senior roles at Culbert Healthcare Solutions and Steward Health Care, including positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. David's career also encompasses critical roles in revenue cycle management and operational oversight at organizations such as Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation and Brigham and Women's Hospital. An alumnus of Simmons University, David holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration and has a foundational background as an Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Coast Guard.
